Inizia il viaggio nel mondo di Oregon, la nuova collezione creata negli ultimi mesi.
Non sono molti modelli (beh, non per i miei canoni, in realtà ho creato ben 25 modelli di anelli...), ma saranno molto "incisivi".
L'idea di un viaggio in Oregon nacque anni ed anni fa... ero adolescente quando lessi un articolo su una rivista dedicata ai viaggi (si, già a quei tempi magazines che parlavano di viaggi erano fra le mie letture preferite) e vedendo foto di spiagge lunghissime, immerse in una lieve foschia che ho poi scoperto essere la nebbiolina che sale dall'Oceano Pacifico, mi apriva un mondo onirico in cui volevo assolutamente ritrovarmi.
Abbiamo visitato l'Oregon nel 2008, non è un viaggio recente, e per anni ho disegnato schizzi, idee, tutto quanto stava lentamente "sedimentando" nella mia "sfera creativa".
Da Seattle e l'Olimpic Peninsula, fino alla costa sull'Oceano Pacifico, vedendo cittadine come Seaside, Bandon, Cannon Beach... le spiagge immense immerse nella nebbia che sale dall'oceano, vedere le "tide pools", ovvero le pozze di acqua che si creano quando la marea si ritira e dove vivono, in attesa che l'oceano ritorni, stupendi anemoni, vari tipi di conchiglie ed altre creature marine, le foreste che si "gettano" nell'oceano (spesso sono a ridosso della spiaggia), è stata un'esperienza incredibile, che consiglio a tutti...
